MEMBERSHIP
All members are required to have a valid State of Hawaii hunting license and complete the Hunter Education course. Membership fee is $50 per year. Senior citizens (65 and over) are free. |

Vision Statement
Membership Requirements
All members must register with the PHAO on an annual basis. This includes an annual membership fee of $50 and agreement to the Code of Conduct & Bylaws in this document. All members must remain in good standing with the PHAO and adhere to the Requirements and Code of Conduct. Failure to do so will result in temporary or permanent suspension from the organization. Membership also requires a commitment to attending ALL quartly PHAO meetings and ALL community service projects per calendar year.
Membership Code of Conduct
All members of the PHAO shall:
Any member who does not abide by the Requirements and Code of Conduct or is suspected of violating the Requirements or Code of Conduct shall be investigated and dealt with by the board on a case by case basis
- To promote goodwill, companionship and interest of a legitimate sport of hunting within the State of Hawaii.
- To bear in mind at all times, especially for future generations, a proper regard for wildlife of all fields and forest, by faithfully abiding by the laws of the State of Hawaii and seeing to it that environmental laws are respected.
- To increase and perpetuate the wild game of the fields and forest, because of their inestimable value to the education, health, and recreation for the inhabitants of Hawaii.
- To support legislation that benefits wild game and the wider hunting community in the State of Hawaii.

Membership Code of Conduct
All members of the PHAO shall:
- Abide by all State of Hawaii Hunting Regulations and Laws
- Agree to commit to the vision of sustainability, which includes, but is not limited to: keeping the natural environment clean and hunting for the purpose of consumption (i.e., not trophy hunting)
- No representation of PHAO without the prior consent of the President
- Attend ALL association meetings and ALL community service events per calendar year, excluding the July renewal and Christmas event
- Membership Requirements and Code of Conduct are subject to change upon President's approval
